At Accent My Ride, we’re committed to getting your orders to you quickly and efficiently. Below is our shipping policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method. 
  • Standard shipping typically takes 5 -6 business days, depending on the destination.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
  • Use the provided tracking number to check the status of your delivery at any time.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the continental U.S and Puerto Rico (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may have additional fees).
  • For expedited and overnight shipping, please contact us at accentmyride@outlook.com for a quote.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is delayed or lost, contact our support team at accentmyride@outlook.com
  • We’ll work with the carrier to resolve any shipping issues.
